Abstract requirements

Following the results of the conference, two collections will be released:

1. Electronic collection of reports (in Russian or English), indexed by the RSCI database.
2. The best reports will be published in the Russian Physics Journal (Q2 WoS). The publication period is 2-3 months after the acceptance of the article for publication.

Rules for the preparation of reports for the collection of the RSCI

• No more than 3 reports from one participant.
  
• The volume of the report is 3 full pages.

The procedure for acceptation of English articles

Submitted articles are checked by the organizing committee according to the following criteria: scientific significance, design according to the journal requirements, quality of the English language. In the case of positive decision, the author will recieve a confirmation, otherwise, recommendations for finalizing the paper. Payment for publication in the journal is made only after receiving confirmation from the conference organizing committee!

The size of the article is from 4 to 6 pages.

Posters Guideline

Standard poster size should be: A1 format (Width:594mm x Length:841mm).

Posters must be oriented vertically. Remember not to make the font size too small. If making your poster in PowerPoint, a font size of no smaller than 18 pt is recommended.

Posters should all have a title which should be matched the Abstract.

Only use main points for your poster:

• Introduction/Description
• Theory/Experiment
• Conclusion/Summary

Posters should contain mixture of text and visual content (photos, pictures and graphs as appropriate). Make sure your photos are a reasonably high resolution: 15cm x 10cm (1800px x 1200px) @ 300 dpi (dots per inch).
